Big and Bold

While this rose is big and bold it also has a kind of delicacy. I don't know anything formally about roses or I would be able to tell you what kind of rose it is. It is from a friend's garden, a very old rose garden, which is now receiving all the love and attention it deserves.

Acrylic on 6 X 6 X 1.5" cradle board. No need to frame. Painting wraps around the sides.
