Make sure you save the date for the Penticton Art Walk this year. Twenty-four venues, mostly art galleries, are open for your enjoyment and shopping. In many the resident artists will be present to meet you and some will be painting. Held from 11 to 4 for one day only.

You are invited! Please save the date. Awards Presentation at 1 p.m. on Saturday March 2nd 2024. The show runs from March 2nd to March 23rd, 2024 Tuesdays to Saturdays from 10 to 3. There is an error in the poster which states the show runs on the 24th. The show closes on the 23rd. Closed Sunday and Monday.

Art in the Park 2023 will feature Federation of Canadian South Okanagan artists from 8 to 3 p.m.

I will be showing and selling my work inside the Grizzli Winery on July 1st from 11 to 4. The Grizzli Winery is a beautiful place and I hope to greet you in person on the 1st.

Meet the Artists at their representing galleries on March 25th, a free event. I will be at Picture This! from 11:45 to 1 p.m. and I'd love to meet you there! Maps are located at most venues. Prepare to park a few blocks away. The poster attached on shows half of the venues for today.

Our local show 'Big, Little and Just Right' focuses on small paintings to brighten your life but there will be large paintings, too, something that is "just right" to brighten your life. Due to Covid, protocols are in place and no refreshments offered.

The Federation of Canadian Artists South Okanagan Similkameen Chapter is having their annual show, this time in a new location, The Okanagan Art Gallery on Main Street, open from May 15 to June 12, 2021 11 to 4 Tuesday to Saturday.

Painters are partnering with the Vancouver Branch of the Sogetsu School of Japanese fower arranging. Artists from both disciplines celebrate the rejuvenating power of springtime, as we express gratitude and manifest optimism for the future.

Ikebana began when Buddhist monks made flower offerings to their temples. Today, visitors can reflect on the ancient history of zen flower arranging while contemplating the arrival of better days.

"Spring is starting to grace us with her presence," explains Gallery Coordinator Helen Duckworth. "bloom will leave visitors feeling restored and rejuvenated."

Artists are bringing Spring indoors! You can enjoy the gorgeous petals, pastels and posies while self-isolating with our new exhibition, BLOOM.

Opening Reception on October 12th from 12 to 2 p.m. Refreshments served Artists in Attendance. My recent still life paintings with textiles will be shown. Once again the Summer Artisan Market is on at The ART GALLERY Osoyoos from June 1 to September 2nd. Beat the heat and come into the air-conditioned gallery to view and purchase paintings, pottery, quilting, glass works and more.

Offering a wide variety of subjects and sizes of paintings, this art show presents the work of the Artists on Main from Osoyoos as well as some of the South Similkameen artists, many of whom you can meet daily in the afternoon, as well as the opportunity to meet the owners of the gallery and One-Eyed Budgie. Dave and Susan make the most amazing concrete critters for your home and garden. Make this a stopping point on your way to the Okanagan if you're on Hwy 3, otherwise known as the Crowsnest, and stop for a look.

This is a juried Federation of Canadian Artists Show. I am delighted to be juried in. All works are from the South Okanagan Chapter of the FCA and are available for sale. Refreshments served as you Meet the Artists from 12 to 4 p.m.Saturday the 9th.

It's that time again. Starting this Saturday, May 20th the ART Gallery Osoyoos will exhibit works from local painters, potters, quilters, jewellery designers, glass makers, photographers and more. As soon as works are purchased, artists will replenish, so come often. If you're planning a trip through the Okanagan Valley, make sure that the Art Gallery Osoyoos' Summer Artisan Market is on your must do list.

Carollyne Sinclaire's works for Faustino's Cidery focus on Okanagan themes: apples, transportation and orchard life.

My work is part of a group show, along with the Artists on Main of Osoyoos, located on the lower floor of Burrowing Owl Estate Winery on Black Sage Road in Oliver, B.C. A variety of themes are explored.

This is a group show that will run throughout the golf season with local themes. Two of my new large works, Jalapenos and Crabapple Harvest will be featured.

Two of my paintings of Tuscany are now showing at the Bordertown Winery at the corner of Hwy 97 and Hwy 3. If you're coming this way please be sure to stop and have a look.

Jo Jo's Cafe in Osoyoos is featuring my art from Feb. 27, 2016 to March 31, 2016. On opening night Hunter and Friends is the featured music. Please come.
