Dolores in Her Blue Rebolzo

I named this painting 'Dolores in her Blue Rebozo' because 'dolor' in Spanish means suffering. This woman sat across from the entrance to our accommodation in San Miguel de Allende daily, begging softly. Each day when I returned home I would place my remaining coins into her hand and receive her blessing. This painting is in her honour.
