Ripe and Juicy (Peaches)

In the Okanagan Valley it's peach season in July and August--the time we look forward to all year long. Sweet, juicy, delicious. These are cling-free peaches, which means the skins come off easily and the pit almost drops out, great for slicing, canning, freezing. Best served, I hear, with ice cream or cream.
