Love Me Do

June is the month for roses here in the Okanagan Valley, but they do continue to bloom until December, although with not quite as much zest in their hues, the blossoms waning in size.

The soft coral and pink hues of this painting, 'Love Me Do' will never fade but stay fresh every day. Dark greens, olives and yellow greens flank the petals with the stem extending below the blossom. As you can see the sides are painted in a wrap around colour style so no need to frame. Varnished, wired and ready to hang.
