Plums in Stainless

This is another painting inspired by a visit to a local orchard where the owners grow every manner of organic fruit. These are plumcots, but because their ends don't show as pointy, I'm just calling them Plums, in fact, Plums in Stainless. I've always wanted to paint metals but I haven't had the occasion yet to do anything as large as the stainless bowl. Not quite sure if the reflected pinks are too bright, I'll live with it a few days before I varnish.

Acrylic, 8 X 10 X 1.5" on wooden cradle board prepared to the highest standards. Shipping and handling will be extra.
